Please note - If no delivery address is provided upon checkout we'll post your order to your default PayPal address. Make sure it is correct, please as we can not accept responsibility for customer's mistake e.i. when the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, when parcel is not collected by the customer or for any other reason requiring re-shipping due to the fault of the customer additional shipping costs might occur.
If you place and order before 3pm it's going to be dispatch the same working day. Most of them are being shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. For low value orders we might use 2nd or 1st class service. You should receive it within 2-5 working days in most cases. Orders above £39.99 will be send out via Royal Mail 24 Tracked or UPS Next Day service. For International postage (outside the UK) delivery times are: - Europe usually 7-10 working days. - USA, Canada, Australia, Argentina & Brazil usually 10-14 working days. If you don't receive your order after that time please contact us.
We understand mistakes happen, so please call us and let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to sort this out. Bear in mind that once your order is shipped are unable to amend or cancel it.
Sure, a tracking number will be provided right after the shipment. You can also find a tracking number with your PayPal payment details (check PayPal account for details).
You can cancel your order as long it has not been dispatch yet. It is very important to let us know immediately if you wish to cancel. Bear in mind that once your order is shipped are unable to cancel it. If you'd like to return it see " Can I return my order".
Of course you can return your order, but it needs to send back within 14 days from the delivery date. We can not issue refunds for any opened or partially used products. All returns must first be authorised by a member of our Customer Services Team. You will be provided a designated return address and supplied with all the relevant information. Full refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receiving and for the cost of the items. You are responsible for the cost of returning all unwanted (non faulty) items back to us. We recommend using a courier or Royal Mail's recorded delivery service for insurance purposes.
Any issues with your order must be reported to our Customer Services Team within 72 hours of delivery. We are all humans and sometimes mistakes can happen. We do our best to secure and properly pack all items, but once it's in transit we've got no control over handling. Please contact us and we'll sort out any problems asap. We’re sorry if you had any difficulties trying to place your order! Each time you click on the submit button an authorization is held against your account even if the order is not successfully placed. This is due to a PayPal payment policies. These authorizations are usually removed from your debit or credit card within 3-5 business days (PayPal within 30 days). In most cases, these errors occur due to a billing address not matching the address on the credit card being used. We would recommend confirming the billing address and payment method you have with your financial institution is up to date.
All refunds will be processed within 24 hours after receiving return. We will credit back the same way of payment. You will receive the refund within one week if you paid via PayPal. For debit/credit card payments it depends on your banking provider.
It usually takes some time for current status to appear online. Don't worry this is normal to every tracking postal system. It could be due to a online maintenance, server errors, bank holidays, incorrectly scanned or simply delay. This is out of our control. With some services you might not be able to fully track your order (Royal Mail 2nd & 1st class), but will be provided a confirmation upon delivery.
Our apologies for any inconvenience, but we've got no control over the carriers. On some occasions there might be a delay in transit due to a several reasons. If you have not received your order within 14 days from dispatch day don't worry. Simply get in touch and we will make a full refund or re-send.
