Recommended daily intake:
Adults: 2 tablets a day, shortly before going to bed, should be washed down with water, do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Magnesium carbonate, corn starch (contains sulfur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations above 10 mg/kg), filler: cellulose, L-theanine, lemon balm herb extract, hop cone extract, chamomile flower extract, L-tryptophan, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gamma-aminobutyric acid, glazing agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, crocus extract, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, color: calcium carbonate, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin, colorants: indigotine and brilliant black PN, glazing agents: white beeswax and carnauba wax.
Storage conditions:
The dietary supplement should be stored in a place inaccessible to small children, the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 ° C, protected from light and moisture.
