Dietary supplement Doppelherz aktiv Kolagen 1000 Ponds contains a composition of components of cartilage and synovial fluid.

It is as much as 1000 mg of hydrolyzed collagen in a daily portion (2 capsules). Collagen, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and chondroitin are the basic components of the articular cartilage and synovial fluid.

The use of the product is recommended:

In the absence of physical activity (e.g. sitting work)

When playing sports or intensive physical work,

In old age

The collagen complex includes: type II collagen, hyaluronic acid (HA), chondroitin and glucosamine. Collagen molecules form a kind of network, which is the backbone for proteoglycans (e.g. chondroitin) - a type of sponge filled with hyaluronic acid. A properly shaped, flexible structure of the network has high resistance to mechanical factors. This is particularly important in the case of elderly people and prone to joint strain (e.g. overweight).

Type II collagen - unlike other types of collagen - found in other tissues - contains significant amounts of proline and glycine, which are responsible for the structure and strength of collagen.

Chondroitin and glucosamine are part of the network structures and thus support their proper structure.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is the most important component of the synovial fluid in joints due to its water-binding and lubricating properties.

Collagen, HA, glucosamine, and chondroitin are better absorbed together than individually.

RECOMMENDED INTAKE:

2 capsules daily with a meal. The daily dose can be spread over 2 meals. To obtain the desired effect, it is recommended to use it for at least 3 months.

IMPORTANT:

The preparation can be used by diabetics and those with lactose or gluten intolerance. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
