Description:

Lactobacillus rhamnosus 573 bacteria, which are part of Lactovaginal®, produce lactic acid, which maintains the proper pH of the vagina, preventing the development of pathogenic bacteria. L. rhamnosus 573 rods show antagonism against most bacteria that cause infections of the urogenital system.
Clinical studies have shown that the use of Lactovaginal® after the treatment of vaginitis causes: reduction of the number of pathogens, restores the natural microbiological balance of the vagina and normalizes vaginal discharge.
Composition:
1 capsule contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus 573, approximately 1010, including not less than 108 CFU (colony forming units).
Intended use:
Lactovaginal® is recommended to be used to restore or supplement the normal vaginal flora: in inflammation of the reproductive organs after treatment with antibacterial, anti-trichomic or antifungal drugs, in the presence of vaginal discharge, as well as prophylactically.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
Dosage:
From 1 to 2 capsules a day (one in the morning and the other at night) for 1 week. The treatment can be repeated if necessary.
Storage:
Store in a refrigerator at 2˚C - 8˚C.
During the shelf life, the drug can be stored outside the refrigerator at 25˚C for 4 weeks.
