Ulgix Bloating Max contains simethicone in a high dose. This increases the effectiveness of the preparation, which results in more effective relief of symptoms caused by severe flatulence.

Simethicone is a stable mixture of silicone polymer and silicon dioxide with defoaming and adsorbing properties of intestinal gases. The recommended dose of simethicone has only a superficial effect and is neutral to the body. Simethicone is not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, does not change the pH of the digestive content, does not change digestive processes and does not interfere with intestinal absorption mechanisms. It is excreted from the body unchanged.

Ulgix Wzdęca Max is also used as an aid before diagnostic tests in the abdominal cavity using imaging techniques, such as radiography, ultrasound and endoscopy. It helps remove gases and air from the digestive tract, improving the quality of the images obtained and eliminating diagnostic difficulties.
